Louise Roe, English TV presenter, model and fashion journalist, recommends taking cellulite-fighting vitamins. In her book Front Roe: How to Be the Leading Lady in Your Own Life, she says that vitamins E and C improve blood flow and help repair body tissue. 

2. Gwyneth Paltrow

Actress Gwyneth Paltrow is a staunch supporter of taking vitamins every day, and she takes her vitamin advice from Dr. Frank Lipman. 

Her four must-have vitamins include: vitamin D3, multi-vitamin, fish oil and probiotics. Some vitamin companies, like Thorne Research, combine some of these vitamins into one supplement for easy use.

3. Victoria Beckham

Model and former singer Victoria Beckham, married to the gorgeous David Beckham, has a secret beauty weapon: bee pollen.
